What training and support does @Work Franchise provide?
Each franchise receives a 5-10 day initial training session at @Work's corporate headquarters for the owner and up to two other individuals. This one-on-one training includes materials and courses to acquire a CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) from the ASA, complete prospective employee and client listings for your specific market, Sales & Business Development Training, System Training, Workers Compensation Training/Certification, Recruiting/Employment Training and Financial Management Training.
As a franchisee you will receive support from the 15 members of @Work's operational staff on all aspects of your business. From finance and risk management to computer systems and payroll, staff are ready to assist you.
In addition to your initial training session, you may at a later date send other staff for training or come yourself for additional training, all included under the initial training fee.
